CWSRG meets President of Kenya's Special Envoy for Maritime Affairs

CWSRG Executive Director, Freddie Woolland, met with the President of Kenya's Special Envoy for Maritime Affairs, Ambassador Nancy Karigithu, to discuss options for developing coastal and island state resilience to maritime threats.

In particular, the discussions focused on CWSRG efforts to boost cyber/maritime capacity in Commonwealth member states, and the CWSRG programme of activity through 2026 and beyond, including the upcoming Commonwealth MDA Summit in Vancouver, Canada on 3&4 June 2026.
