By leaning forward and embracing the opportunities this presents countries across the Commonwealth can embark on a new development journey, with fresh ways of tackling old problems, and the potential to to be agents in the AI revolution. But to be agents and not subjects of this change, countries, organisations, businesses and individuals need to recognise the risks and make their own considered assessments against these.
